New Raid Signup Tool is Up

So, I installed the new version of the phpRaider a while ago, but I finally got it working (some stupid permissions thing was breaking it) and it's setup here and looking pretty swank... I did a bunch of customizing on it today, and now it will make a post to the forums when you create a raid, and it posts it as you. So, this means that when you create a raid, you can still goto the post, and edit it to your liking, adding bold and other such things. I will work on getting it adding as an event so it'll show on the calendar, but this'll do for now.
